  1. How can I access the resources on Catalyst Learning Center (Educatalyst)?

To access Educatalyst resources, you need to subscribe to one of our subscription plans. Once subscribed, you can log in to the website using a smartphone, tablet, or computer with an active internet connection.

For the best experience, we recommend using a device that meets the following technical specifications:

    • Windows 7, 8, or 10
    • macOS 10.8 to 10.11
    • Android and iOS (all versions)
  • Browsers:
    • Chrome, Edge, Opera, Firefox
    • Internet Explorer 11 (Windows only)

  1. Can I download resources for offline use?

Currently, no. Our resources are securely embedded on the website and can only be accessed online to ensure data security. However, we may allow the download of certain resources in the future at the company’s discretion.

  1. Can I access resources on multiple devices simultaneously?

No, simultaneous access on multiple devices is not allowed. Once logged in on one device, any other device using the same credentials will be blocked. You can, however, access resources from any device by logging in one at a time.

Please note, sharing accounts or credentials is against our policy. We track IP addresses, and if account sharing is detected, we reserve the right to suspend your account.

  1. What does ‘does not auto-renew’ mean?

Our server does not store payment information, so your subscription does not renew automatically. Once your plan expires, you can choose to renew by manually selecting and paying for a new plan.

  1. Can I cancel my subscription before it expires?

No, your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the chosen plan’s validity period. Early cancellation is not available.

  1. Can I get a refund if I discontinue my subscription early?

No, refunds are not available for early discontinuation of a subscription.

  1. Can I copy or screenshot answers or solutions from the website?

No, copying or screenshotting content from our website is strictly prohibited. This action violates our terms of service and may result in your account being suspended. We offer sample resources for you to review before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs.

  1. Can I upgrade my monthly plan to an annual plan?

Yes, if you choose to upgrade to an annual plan, we will credit the amount you paid for the monthly plan towards the annual subscription. You only need to pay the difference.
