To access Educatalyst.net or certain resources, you will need to create an account. This requires you to provide an email address and create a password. You may also customize your automatically generated username. If you wish to access paid resources, you will be required to submit your credit card information, which will be processed by our secure payment gateway. Educatalyst.net only stores a token provided by the payment gateway representing your credit card information and does not store the actual card details.

2. Account Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account within 3 days of creation if you are unable to use the website due to a technical issue or if you are dissatisfied with the materials provided. In such cases, Catalyst Learning Center will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days, provided that no significant use of the website’s content has occurred.
2.2 Refund Exclusions
If you access and utilize a substantial portion of the content during the initial 3-day period and attempt to request a refund under false pretenses, Catalyst Learning Center reserves the right to deny your request. In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 working days.
2.3 Refund for Mistaken Purchases
If any product is purchased by mistake, Catalyst Learning Center will refund your amount within 5 working days after processing your request.
