Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do not offer subscriptions or delivery of any physical materials. All resources on Educatalyst are provided in digital format, and once a product is sold, it is delivered instantly to your account. As a result, shipping and delivery policies are not applicable to our platform.

Condition for Refunds

While our general policy does not allow refunds, any exceptions granted will require the product to be in its original, unused condition. Since all resources are delivered digitally, this means the product must not have been downloaded, copied, or otherwise used. In cases where a refund is considered, verification of this condition is mandatory. Please note that once digital resources have been accessed, refunds will not be processed.

Refund of Tuition Fees

If you discontinue your tuition or online tutoring services, refunds will be provided in 5 working days on a pro-rata basis to the source account for the unused portion of the service. The refund will only apply to the remaining sessions that have not been attended or accessed, and the amount will be calculated based on the original cost of the full package.
