1. General Refund Policy
Educatalyst.net offers digital products and services, including tutoring sessions, study materials, and course resources. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided unless specific conditions outlined below are met.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Digital Resources
We offer one sample in each unit or chapter for you to preview before making a purchase. No refunds will be provided for digital resources once they have been purchased and accessed. Please ensure that the materials meet your needs before completing your purchase.
2.2 Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription plan, you may cancel within 3 days of the initial purchase if you are unsatisfied or unable to access the service due to a technical issue. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 5 working days. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
2.3 Mistaken Purchases
If you accidentally purchase a product, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase. Catalyst Learning Center will review the request and process a refund within 5 working days, provided the digital resource has not been accessed or downloaded.
3. Cancellation of Tutoring Services
3.1 Cancellation by the Student
You may cancel your tutoring session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, no refund will be provided.
3.2 Cancellation by Catalyst Learning Center
If Catalyst Learning Center cancels a tutoring session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be provided with the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.
4. Pro-Rated Refunds for Discontinuation
If you choose to discontinue any ongoing tutoring package, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining sessions and will be processed within 5 working days after confirmation of discontinuation.

- Date of purchase
- Product or service purchased
- Reason for refund request
